Through the efforts our sales and marketing team
over the past few years, we became, as reported
by the CCID Report, the second largest supplier
of wireless coverage solutions to the China Unicom
group and the China Mobile group in 2004.
To date, all of our sales are made directly to
our customers. We do not use agents or distributors.
Our direct sales channel allows us to closely
monitor each of our customer relationships and
to effectively manage and customize our sales
efforts. We believe this is an important component
of our success in China, where winning customer
loyalty is a key factor in establishing a strong
reputation. Furthermore, through use of a direct
sales model, we are able to maintain higher margins
as we avoid profit sharing arrangements with agents
and distributors.
Because of the technical nature of our product
offerings, we emphasize close collaboration between
our sales and marketing team and our project design
and technical service team in order to provide
optimal service to our customers. Our professionals
perform network testing and evaluation, formulation
of design plan and implementation of wireless
coverage solutions. We also rely on them for after-sale
technical services to our customers.
